About the course

Explore the healing power of the plant kingdom with Nancy Lee-Evans, Anam Cara Program Director.   Together we will identify local edible and medicinal plants, learn their herbal properties and gather wild edibles for our food.  Renewing the intimacy of our relationship to the natural world in this way can  transform alienation from Nature to belonging, while building a knowledge of the exceptional nutritional and therapeutic value of wild edibles and medicines at your doorstep.
